I haven't picked one this time yet. I spent most of my life around 140, then in the last 10 years gained about 45 pounds (that number is so huge when I type it out.) I've tried over the last few years to lose and I think the "45 pounds to lose" gets me and I give up. So, this time I'm taking it one pound at a time.

I will probably set a goal once I feel more comfortable in my journey.

Maybe set a goal that is 50 or 75 pounds away from where you are now, and then adjust downward as needed.

Also, if you are losing weight without trying, you may want to visit your doctor to make sure there isn't a medical reason for it, and then put a plan in place so that if the weight loss slows or stops, you know what to do. Congratulations!

The inermittent fasting is hard for me. By the time we get home from work it's after 6pm and I think the idea is not to eat after 6pm, by the time we get supper ready and sit down to eat, it's usually closer to 7pm and we get up at 4:15am to go walk, do morning prayers and then we have to drive an hour to get to work, we have retails stores, so once the shop opens eating a late breakfast is out of the question. So I am just trying to do IE the best I can. I just brought an new book called, "Intuitive Eating for Every Day", it has 365 daily practices & inspirations, so maybe if I read this EVERY day, it will help. Anyway have a blessed day.
